I began my part of the stitching back in March, I am amazed at how much I like this piece, I almost don't want to give it to Stephanie for her room I want it in the hallway when I have finally finished decorating it. However, it was intended for Stephanie so she will get it. I do have another of Mum's cross-stitches I will hang in the hallway. I will show you that one another day.

She is very lucky I want to keep it, but as it was always intended for her she shall get her way! LOL she has asked me to turn it into a cushion :-)
DeleteSarah, that is beautiful, you have a lot of patience. I wouldn't want to give it away if I had put that much effort into it.
ReplyDeleteThankyou, My mum stitched the majority of it before she died, I have only sewn the border and the outline stitching.
DeleteI don't mind Stephanie having it, it's still in my house :-)
